Terms of Service
These terms apply to services purchased from TFP Designs & Computer Services LLC. Project-specific scope, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities may also be governed by a signed Website Design Agreement, Website Maintenance Agreement, proposal, invoice, or other written agreement.
Services
Services may include website design and redesign, website maintenance, hosting and migration assistance, domain and DNS services, business email and Microsoft 365 services, security and backup services, and IT support or consulting.
Project Payments
When an installment option is offered for a website project, the standard schedule is 50% to begin the project, 25% at design approval, and the final 25% before launch, unless a written agreement states otherwise. The initial deposit may be collected online. Remaining milestone payments may be invoiced separately.
Project Scheduling
Timelines depend on project scope, customer responsiveness, content availability, third-party services, and timely payment. Work may be paused when required content, approvals, access, or payments are outstanding.
Launch and Delivery
A website may be withheld from final launch or transfer until the applicable final balance and other amounts due are paid.
Third-Party Services
Domains, hosting, email, payment processing, plugins, themes, software, and other third-party products may be subject to separate provider terms, renewal pricing, availability, and service limitations.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not use TFP services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
